Dina Janoso was born and raised in the Youngstown, Ohio area and is now currently living in the Columbus, Ohio suburb of Carroll. She  graduated from Youngstown State University in Industrial engineering and has expanded her education greatly through the world of finance. In 1997, she started and has continued assisting and doing accounting services for an area accouting firm in Boardman, Ohio. In 2012, she continued her past success by creating "Payrolls Plus, LLC." Her many years of experience, family support and her clientele's continuous support over the years have proven that she is very successful at what she does.
